A well established south Indian restaurant requires highly experienced Head chefs and Chefs with specialization in mass cooking, exclusive, vegetarian ethnic cuisine of North Indian Vegetarian, South Indian Chettinad, Tandoor, Curry and Chinese Vegetarian food varieties. The applicants shall be with or without qualification and with minimum of five years specialist experience in cooking the above mentioned ethnic food varieties. Proven technical abilities, excellent team playing and motivational abilities essential. Required to create and maintain the high standards of the 75 seater restaurant and a sound knowledge of kitchen management, health, safety and staff training is an advantage. Proficiency in South Indian Languages are an advantage.
